The NSLPS Board are holding an in-person Annual General Meeting at the Central Branch Public Library on Sunday May 24 at 2:00pm Atlantic Savings Time.   There is paid parking underground the library and potential free parking at the Dalhousie U lot next door.  Note the library is accessible to all.  Its location is 5440 Spring Garden Road in downtown Halifax.    Click here for area map (blue X marks Dalhousie U lot).

Reports from the Board such as Financials, Membership and so on will be sent by email to members prior to the AGM with a few printed copies available at the AGM.  The business portion will be short but must be held to satisfy both CRA and NS Registry of Joint Stocks regulations.

This year NSLPS will be presenting the short talk, "Stories We Tell about Lighthouses".  Stories in respect to heritage was the theme of the National Trust Conference held in Halifax last October.  At this conference, we led a tour of the Halifax Harbour lighthouses, manned a display table on NSLPS and gave the talk you will hear at the AGM.
