History Items for This Lighthouse

  • 1883 - catatropic lens, showed red seaward, white in harbour, fixed white, 8m
  • 1922 - 1941 - 4th order dioptric lens, occulting white (10s)
  • 1962 - replaced by skeleton tower, red, with enclosed upper portion and lantern, white. Lighthouse moved to nearby farm (perhaps 1961)
