NSLPS 25th AGM Wednesday April 24 2019 at 7pm

Venue: Small Craft Gallery,  Maritime Museum of the Atlantic, 1675 Lower Water St, Halifax NS B3J 1S3 · 902-424-7490

There will be a business portion of our meeting that includes the presentation of the Craig Harding award to this year's winner.

Afterwards our guest speaker, Pam Corell, Terence Bay Lighthouse Committee, will speak on how the Committee has been working for decades to get ownership and public access to the Heritage Lighthouse in Terence Bay.  A major step forward occurred last year when DFO/Coast Guard embarked on a major overhaul and renovation to the structure.  Complete with a new cupola that resembles the original, the lighthouse is a beauty to behold!  There is still the public access hurdle, but the Committee is optimistic that DFO is well on its way to a resolution to that as well.
