The striking lighthouse at the north east tip of Kidston Island is a wellknown landmark in this popular sailing port. There is a free shuttle boat to the island, July I to Labour Day, from the community wharf in downtown Baddeck, operated by the local Lions Club. The lighthouse is a ten-minute walk from the ferry dock. Supervised swimming beach. View bald eagles and sailing yachts cruising the lake.
